Innovator Series - EC2 - Electro-coagualtion System Brochure

This is an advanced Electro-coagulation (EC) system for treating wash water and other industrial waste water that contains suspended solids, emulsified oils, and heavy metals. This system combines both EC water treatment technology and chemical flocculation to enhance and speed up the process of removing constituents from the waste water.

The
patent pending design of the Water Maze EC-20A system allows an extremely efficient rate of removal of oils, solids and metals from the waste stream. After the electro-coagulation reaction has occured in the electrolytic cell, a small amount of EC+ polymer is injected to quickly clump the coagulated oils, solids & metals together for removal. Treated water can be purged to the Water Maze Indexing Polishing filter for further treatment, recycled, or discharged to sanitary sewer.

Features & Benefits:
  • No standing water in the tanks after processing
  • No need to process dirty water; water is quickly processed and discharged to sewer or held for recycyle
  • Modular, compact design with a small foot print
  • Highly efficient, continual flow batch feed processing system
  • Processing flow rates up to 20 GPM (gallons per minute)
  • Variable amp flow / voltage maximizes cell life and water quality
  • Patent pending design

Innovator Series - CoAg - Chemical Coagualtion System Brochure

The Water Maze CoAg2-20A System is an advanced chemical treatment system, using the method of adding a chemical coagulant and polymer to the treatment process, to efficiently remove suspended solids and emulsified oils from the waste stream.

The new Water Maze CoAg2-20A System is a very
low maintenance, cost effective system to operate. The CoAg2-20A can be used on its own as the primary water treatment system, or as a pre-treatment system with other technologies, such as Electro-Coagulation or Bioremediation.

Features & Benefits:
  • Processing flow rates up to 20 GPM (gallons per minute)
  • No standing water in the tanks after processing - water is processed and discharged; eliminates need for odor control
  • Modular and compact, uses inline mixing tubes for coagulant
  • Modular, can be used alone or as a pre-treatement system
  • Batch feed, continual flow processing system through two 150 gallon cone-bottom tanks

Processing Rate varies for each site.
Factors that must be considered are:
  • Average daily flow (gallons per day)
  • BOD levels (ppm)
  • Oxygen input (dissolved oxygen)
  • Hydraulic retention time (HRT)
  • Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH)
  • Water temperature and pH

Based on these factors Industrial Equipment sales engineers
will calculate the estimated processing rate and make a recommendation as to the size of system you will need

Watermaze HBG System - Evaportor - Waste Water Treatment Equipment

HBG Evaporator Systems Brochure

Conventional Waste Water Evaporator with High-Efficiency Combustion Chamber

How evaporation can save hauling fees

For Filter Media supplies click here to view our Chemicals and Media Catalog
  • AVAILABLE WORKING INGREDIENTS:
    • Industro-100: Hydrocarbon Adsorption Media
The Industro-100 system uses advanced hydrocarbon adsorption media to effectively process many types
of waste streams. The process greatly reduces the level of oils and grease in the waste stream. In many cases
this filter can be used as a final polishing step after the water has been processed through an oil/water
      separation type system.
    • Multimedia/Sand: Solids Filtration Media
Multi-media, and/or in some cases sand, may be used to remove suspended solids from a waste stream.

Note: Other Media available such as: Activated Carbon or Walnut Shells.

Hurricane Micron Filters - Industrial Equipment Brochure

Separator & Cartridge Filter in One!

Combination centrifugal separator and up-flow cartridge filter in a single compact design with one single cartridge for easy installation, removal and service. Separates dense solids prior to cartridge filtration for extended filter life, increased dirt holding capacity and reduced maintenance costs.

Components include outer chamber for particle separation, inner chamber for cartridge filtration and built-in drain for purge, if required.

Three types of cartridge filters are available for Hurricane filter housings:

(1) Standard pleated polyester filter elements:
Polyester-Plus™ filter media is cleanable and cartridges are reusable in most applications and micron ratings. Cartridges can separate solids in liquids with a pH of 3 to 11. Filter cartridges available with nominal micron ratings from 0.35 to 150.

(2) Poly-Pleat™ Cartridges for One Micron Absolute Rated Filtration:
Poly-Pleat cartridges are designed for drinking water applications to remove Cryptosporidium and Giardia Cysts and when one micron absolute rated filtration is required. Polypropylene filter media offers compatibility with many aggressive chemicals.

(3) Activated carbon cartridges:
Activated carbon cartridges are for taste, odor and chlorine removal. High carbon content for extended throughput. Outer wrap of pleated five micron Polyester-Plus™ filter media to protect the carbon by removing sediment and extend filter life.

Features standard on all Hurricane Filters:

  • Outer chamber for particle separation
  • Inner chamber for cartridge filtration
  • Tangential liquid entry: Liquid enters the filter tangentially to provide rotational flow and centrifugal
    force for particle separation.
  • Rotational flow pattern: Continuously "fluffs" filter cake to increase dirt and debris holding capacity to extend
filter life and time between cleaning.
  • 304 stainless steel filter housings
  • Electro polished for superior finish
  • Fail-safe lids with individual studs for security and brass wing nuts for easy closure without tools
  • Rim Gaskets: EPDM (Buna-N, Viton available)
  • Standpipe: CPVC
  • Pressure: 150 psi (max.) - couplers for pressure gauges provided in inlet
  • Temperature: 140°F (max.)
  • Outlet: 90° elbow and 45° sweep for staggered in-line vertical installation
  • Drain for manual or automatic purge

Upgrade options include:
  • Chemical resistant coatings
  • 316 Stainless Steel
  • Temperature: up to 250°F (max) with optional stainless steel standpipe & high temperature cartridges installed
Deep, angled pleats are directed toward rotational flow for
increased dirt holding capacity.

Unlike conventional designs, Hurricane’s patented cartridges are made with deep, angled pleats to direct the flow into the pleated area for increased solids removal.

Watermaze CL Oily-Water Separator - Waste Water Treatment Equipment

CL Oily-Water Separator Systems Brochure

Modular Clarifiers Capable of Sewer Discharge or Pre-Treatment for Recycling of Wash-Water.

A secret of the CL system is the effectiveness of the ten Coalescing Cones, which provide 90-490 sq.ft. of oleophilic or oil-loving polypropylene. The cone-shaped design forces the water to the edges of the tank creating the effect of water flowing from a 1-1/2 inch pipe into a 4-ft. tunnel. The reduction in velocity is dramatic and enhances the separation process causing oil droplets to group and float, solids to sink, and also prevents channeling.

  • Flow Rates: up to 30 GPM
  • Self-Contained yet Modular Flexibility
  • Clean Water Manifold System
  • Above-Ground Design: No Large, Costly PIts
  • Oil Surface Skimmer
  • Solids Separator Chamber
  • Oil/Water Separator: up to 600 gal.
  • Electrical Configuration:
    • A    230V   1ph
    • B    230V   3ph
    • C    460V   3ph
  • Sanitizing Method: Ozone, Series 400 or Chlorination
  • Coalescing Pack: up to 490 sq.ft.
  • Multi-Media Filter: 330 lbs. of a proprietary blend of gravel, sand and anthracite
  • Holding Tanks: up to 65 gal.
  • Steel Frame and Railing: heavy-duty, durable, epoxy powder coat finish
