Innovator Series - EC2 - Electro-coagualtion System Brochure This is an advanced Electro-coagulation (EC) system for treating wash water and other industrial waste water that contains suspended solids, emulsified
oils, and heavy metals. This system combines both EC water treatment technology and chemical flocculation to enhance and speed up the
process of removing constituents from the waste water.
The patent pending design of the Water
Maze EC-20A system allows an extremely
efficient rate of removal of oils, solids and
metals from the waste stream. After the
electro-coagulation reaction has occured in
the electrolytic cell, a small amount of EC+
polymer is injected to quickly clump the
coagulated oils, solids & metals together
for removal. Treated water can be purged
to the Water Maze Indexing Polishing filter
for further treatment, recycled, or discharged
to sanitary sewer.
Features & Benefits:
No standing water in the tanks after processing

Processing flow rates up to 20 GPM (gallons per minute)
Variable amp flow / voltage maximizes cell life and water quality
Innovator Series - CoAg - Chemical Coagualtion System Brochure The Water Maze CoAg2-20A System is an advanced chemical treatment system,
using the method of adding a chemical coagulant and polymer to the treatment
process, to efficiently remove suspended solids and emulsified oils from the
waste stream.
The new Water Maze CoAg2-20A System is a very low maintenance, cost effective system to operate. The CoAg2-20A can be used on its own as the primary
water treatment system, or as a pre-treatment system with other technologies,
such as Electro-Coagulation or Bioremediation.

Conventional Waste Water
Evaporator with High-Efficiency
Combustion Chamber
How evaporation can save hauling fees
It can cost $1.75 or more per gallon to have waste water
hauled off. That fee is incurred even though most
industrial waste waters consist of 95% water and only 5%
contaminant. An HBG waste water evaporator reduces the 95%
water content for as little as $0.16 per gallon (**). That
means you only have to haul off the 5% — minimizing both
your cost and liability.
** Costs vary for each waste water treatment installation. Industrial Equipment can work up an estimate of hauling cost savings you might expect, based on your specific site and waste water treatment system.

A secret of the CL system is the effectiveness of the ten
Coalescing Cones, which provide 90-490 sq.ft. of oleophilic or
oil-loving polypropylene. The cone-shaped design forces the water
to the edges of the tank creating the effect of water flowing from a
1-1/2 inch pipe into a 4-ft. tunnel. The reduction in velocity is dramatic and enhances the separation process causing oil droplets to group
and float, solids to sink, and also prevents channeling.
