Aeration: Vacuum Bubble Technology™ (VBT)-100 “Airstick”
Note:
VBT™ Aerators are an extremely efficient way
to aerate a body of water.
The
technology produces extremely small bubbles, which transfer much more oxygen to the water than any other
type of aeration.
Processing Rate varies for each site. Factors that must be
considered are:
Average daily flow
(gallons per day)
BOD levels (ppm)
Oxygen input (dissolved
oxygen)
Hydraulic retention
time (HRT)
Total petroleum
hydrocarbons (TPH)
Water temperature
and pH
Based on these factors Industrial Equipment sales engineers
will calculate the estimated processing rate and make a recommendation as to the size of system you will need

Conventional Waste Water
Evaporator with High-Efficiency
Combustion Chamber
How evaporation can save hauling fees
It can cost $1.75 or more per gallon to have waste water
hauled off. That fee is incurred even though most
industrial waste waters consist of 95% water and only 5%
contaminant. An HBG waste water evaporator reduces the 95%
water content for as little as $0.16 per gallon (**). That
means you only have to haul off the 5% — minimizing both
your cost and liability.
** Costs vary for each waste water treatment installation. Industrial Equipment can work up an estimate of hauling cost savings you might expect, based on your specific site and waste water treatment system.

Combination centrifugal separator and up-flow cartridge filter in a single compact
design with one single cartridge for easy
installation, removal and service. Separates dense solids
prior to cartridge filtration for extended filter life,
increased dirt holding capacity and
reduced maintenance costs.
Components include outer chamber for particle separation,
inner chamber for cartridge filtration and built-in drain for purge,
if required.
Three types of cartridge filters are available for Hurricane filter housings:
(1) Standard pleated polyester filter elements: Polyester-Plus™ filter media is cleanable and cartridges are reusable in
most applications and micron ratings. Cartridges can separate solids in liquids with a pH of 3 to 11. Filter cartridges available with nominal micron ratings from 0.35 to 150.
(2) Poly-Pleat™ Cartridges for One Micron Absolute Rated Filtration:
Poly-Pleat cartridges are designed for drinking water applications to remove Cryptosporidium and Giardia
Cysts and when one micron absolute rated filtration is required. Polypropylene filter media offers compatibility with many aggressive chemicals.
(3) Activated carbon cartridges: Activated carbon cartridges are for taste, odor and chlorine removal. High
carbon content for extended throughput. Outer wrap of pleated five micron Polyester-Plus™ filter media to protect the carbon by removing sediment and extend filter life.

For extra-tough waste streams, such as those with emulsified oils, the ideal
solution is the ASA 900 flocculation system, which breaks emulsions using bentonite
clay.
Bentonite clay has proven to be an extremely effective and tolerant method
of treating some complex waste streams, especially those laden with oil and
grease, that filtration systems can’t touch.

Modular Clarifiers Capable of
Sewer Discharge or
Pre-Treatment for Recycling of Wash-Water.
A secret of the CL system is the effectiveness of the ten
Coalescing Cones, which provide 90-490 sq.ft. of oleophilic or
oil-loving polypropylene. The cone-shaped design forces the water
to the edges of the tank creating the effect of water flowing from a
1-1/2 inch pipe into a 4-ft. tunnel. The reduction in velocity is dramatic and enhances the separation process causing oil droplets to group
and float, solids to sink, and also prevents channeling.
Flow Rates: up to 30 GPM
Self-Contained yet Modular Flexibility

sand and anthracite
Holding Tanks: up to 65 gal.
Steel Frame and Railing: heavy-duty, durable, epoxy
powder coat finish
Note:
Must add Filter Pac III in order to recycle wash water with CL-603A,B,C models.
Filter Pac III provides additional
filtration so water can be recycled. It has
330 lbs. of media, 300 lbs. of virgin
activated carbon for hydrocarbon
removal, and 500 sq. ft. of area of
5-20 micron cartridge filtration.
